This website exists for a singular purpose; to warn people about the dangers of accepting employment "opportunities" at Spiration Incorporated, a small medical device manufacturer located in Redmond Washington, who now primarily goes by the name Olympus Respiratory America.
Accepting an employment "opportunity" at Spiration turned out to be the worse decision of my career, and arguably, the worse decision of my life. This single bad decision has permanently derailed my career (effectively ending it), and in the end, almost cost me my life.
When I was considering an employment "opportunity" with Spiration, no one was there to warn me of the dangers of working for this company. I wish someone had been. This is why I have taken the time to create this site; I feel it is my responsibility to warn others of the imminent danger and hopefully prevent them from suffering the same fate as I, or worse.
The issue with Spiration is the self-serving con men who hold executive-level positions at Spiration. Specifically, I am referring to Greg Sessler (CEO) and Craig Eudy (Executive Director of Finance). These con men recruited me under false pretense, lied-to/deceived me from day one and throughout my employment, failed to honor a single element of my employment agreement, and in the end, colluded to keep their true-intentions from me as long as possible. That last part was their attempt to have me complete as much high-level work as possible before my imminent resignation once I learned the truth. These details barely scratch the surface and can only begin to describe what was the most negative employment experience of my life.
One very important detail you should keep in mind is that my contributions to the company were vast, and nothing short of astounding. I hit every milestone and delivered on every element of my employment agreement. Even though my employment agreement consisted of nearly-impossible timelines and goals, I met everyone of them. I completed work and met goals that all my predecessors at the company failed to deliver on, and I did so on tight timelines. Of course, I was literally working myself to death in doing so. My reward for my contributions and sacrifices was to be consistently lied to, used, have my career permanently damaged, and my physical health severely compromised.

If you found this site because you are currently considering employment "opportunities" at Spiration, I implore you to consider the consequences. There are a lot of companies out there, and unless you are desperate, accepting employment at Spiration is just not worth the potential consequences of working for Spiration's ethically-challenged senior management.
